Love & Onions is the web space of Jen Beckman, who cooks, writes, and eats very well at her home just outside of Washington, DC. Jen’s road has meandered over the years, taking her from one coast to the other, from midwestern scientific researcher to downtown DC patent lawyer, from icy suit-and-stilettos-wearing litigator to warm-bosomed stay-at-home mom. Two constants along the road: lots of writing, and lots of good food. Now she has brought both together to write about food, and is wondering why it took her so long to get here.
